Logging is Specialty related to the profession of Carpenter.
Wood is a useful resource and cutting down trees is a skill anyone can appreciate. Levels up by felling trees and clearing debris.

How to learn

Logging Specialty is learned and available from the start of the game in the Skill Book (key Z)

Benefits and item availability by level:

The study of specialization start from level 0 and increases to level 1 by spending a star.
The maximum level of Logging specialization that can be achieved is level 7.

Amount of Specialty XP Per Level:

Talents:

At 3rd level, the player can choose one of two proposed talents:

Wood Burner: Logging

Increases output of all charcoal recipes.

Tool Strength: Logging

Increases the damage of related tools by 1.

At 6th level, the player can choose one of two proposed talents:

Loggers Luck: Logging

Felling a tree has a chance of destroying tree stumps and splitting trunks immediately.

Cleanup Crew: Logging

Allows picking up Wood Debris by hand.

The Logging icon can be used on any sign that has a text component, including on Vehicles:

Research

Logging is one of the starter skills everybody can choose, when they first login on a new server. But it is required for a lot of other skills to unlock at a research table.
