Tool Strength
From Eco - English Wiki
This Talent can be selected when the player reaches level 3 in Mining, Logging, or Gathering.
It increases the effective tier of any tool by 1 when used by the player with the talent. This allows easier harvesting of higher tier rocks, trees, and plants.
The alternate choice is Tool Efficiency.
