See Also[edit | edit source]
For a list of animals, see Animals.
Behaviour[edit | edit source]
Typically, Turkey will walk at a slow pace, stop and graze nearby food.
If a player steps within roughly a 10 block radius of a Turkey, the Turkey will run away from the player, sometimes in an erratic pattern, to avoid being hurt.
Players can get closer to the Turkey before it runs by wearing Camo Clothing.
Hunting[edit | edit source]
A Turkey can only be killed with the Bow and Arrows.
Once killed, Turkey will die where it stands and the player can then retrieve the carcass to be processed.
Strategy[edit | edit source]
- Since they are very adept at climbing hills, try to hunt Turkey in open areas. This way, you can keep an eye on them during the chase.
