Wolf

Real Life Facts

The wolf, is a mammal of the order Carnivora, and the ancestor of the domestic dog. The wolf is in fact even of the same species (Canis lupus) as the domestic dog (Canis lupus familiaris). Of all other animals in the game the wolf is most closely related to the coyote (Canis latrans), and wolves are known to be able to hybridise with members of this species in real life^[1].
