The system requirements for Eco are listed below.
Please note: These specs are not final and may change. The game is not fully optimized and may still be unplayable or unstable on certain systems.
Client specs are intended for connecting to a server that is not on your computer. Players running the game on a locally hosted server (this includes single player) will need to meet both the client and server requirements.

The Eco client is only supported on Windows. Clients for Mac and Linux are available, but provided as-is and not supported.

- Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
- OS: Windows 10 64-Bit or newer
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1500X 3.5 GHz Quad-Core or Intel i5-6500 3.2 GHz Quad-Core or similar
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 290 or NVIDIA GTX 970 or similar (Minimum: 4 GB VRAM)
- DirectX: Version 11
- Network: Broadband Internet connection
- Storage: 4 GB available space
- Sound Card: DirectX®-compatible

- Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 5700 or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 or similar (Recommended: 8 GB VRAM)
- DirectX: Version 11
- Network: Broadband Internet connection
- Storage: 8 GB available space
- Sound Card: DirectX®-compatible
Server Requirements[edit | edit source]
The Eco server is now supported both on Windows and Linux, confirmed on the official Eco server on 03/02/2023. The following are the minimum requirements for a Windows Operating system.
Requirements will vary depending on the desired world size. These requirements support the default world size of 72x72
- Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent. The highest the frequency the better as the process only uses a single CPU Core.[1]
- Memory: 4 GB of RAM
- Storage: 1GB space (SSD recommended for complex law system requiring heavy Database access)
- Software: Microsoft .NET 4.6.2 or newer. (Updated automatically on Windows 10)
- Software: Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2019 (Download at Microsoft)
