Template:Infobox Item The Land Claim Stake is used to claim and unclaim land. By default, all players start the game with one Land Claim Stake.

To claim a new plot at land, the player must have at least one Land Claim Papers in their backpack.

Right-clicking on a plot of unclaimed land will claim that plot. Left-clicking on claimed land that belongs to you will unclaim that plot.

Land claims can be managed at the Real Estate Desk.
