Crafting
Notes
- Huckleberry bushes have 2 harvestable states, one being lower yield than the other. Making use of a Soil Sampler can help the player check whether the bush is at its' highest potential.
- Bushes are repeat-harvest crops, and thus get destroyed if mechanically harvested. Hand-picking is recommended.
- Huckleberries are one of the few raw food items that doesn't have a charred version.
Tips
- A Farmer can grow these plentifully and easily, within essentially any forest. This can be useful when selling to cooks.
- When a Miller doesn't have access to Beets, they can make use of Huckleberries to make sugar. It is, however, thrice as fast to use Beets for sugar.
- Huckleberries are the best source of Vitamins from hand-picked foods.
