Ramps come in three types that correspond with the road types. Each ramp goes up one level, and is 4 blocks long.
Dirt Ramp: Unlocked at Basic Crafting Level 0, No travel bonus, 2 wide
Stone Ramp: Unlocked at Civil Engineering Level 1, 120% Travel Bonus, 2 wide
Asphalt Ramp: Unlocked at Civil Engineering Level 3, 140% Travel Bonus, 4 wide
Note: Ramp are classified as terrain and therefore using them as a roof there is a good chance you will have Animals spawning on your Housing. (7.2.4)
